We are thrilled to announce our upcoming gathering: Rooted, featuring speakers Shawna Ketter and Natalie Haber!
Join us for an evening of encouragement as we’re reminded where our true hope, joy, peace, rest, and security are found. When the waves of this world swirl around us, how do we stay rooted? Be inspired in your walk as a woman who flourishes in Christ—speaking life into your family, friendships, and community.
Our Flourish Market features carefully selected local KC creators each bringing unique and meaningful items for you to enjoy. we can’t wait for you to meet them and find something special to take home.
We'll be serving delicious Moroccan bowls, charcuterie, and desserts from the incredible Housewife, along with coffee from Eripio and a selection of teas. Eripio, one of our featured Flourish Market vendors, gives a portion of every bag sold to organizations that fight human trafficking—so every cup supports a greater cause.

Our Bonus Sessions are just $5 and designed to support you as you seek the Lord’s direction for your family this school year. These 30-minute gatherings run during our Flourish Market and offer practical insight, biblical encouragement, and connection with other moms walking a similar path. They also each feature a delicious lemonade bar.
Whether you're confidently walking in your current schooling choice—or still discerning where God is leading—you’re welcome here. Choose the session that best fits your season or attend both if you’re still exploring. (only $5 to attend both)

Public School Session:
Angie Thomson will share how she and her husband have navigated the decisions of schooling for their 4 kids, and how ultimately they've felt the Lord guide them to enroll in public education. If public school is the direction you feel God is leading your kids, she'd love to be a resource to you on what tools and approaches the Lord has shown them.
Homeschool School Session:
Be rooted in relationship with your children as you guide them towards their passions and God-given purposes. We'll explore how intentional connection can be the foundation for nurturing curiosity and a lifelong love of learning. Whether you’re navigating early childhood, adolescence, or the teen years, this message will offer encouragement, tools, and vision for raising kids who are deeply known and inspired to become who they were created to be.
*When registering for the event please register for the main event and then go back and also register for a bonus session if desired.

Meet our Speakers for the Main Event: Shawna Ketter and Natalie Haber
Shawna is imperfectly following and in love with a perfect faithful God, married to her best friend & mama to five sweet spirited kids with multiple teens and a snuggly baby. Her days are spent homeschooling, loving on her crew and in full time ministry with Thrive, an outdoor ministry that serves families and the local church in Maine. Her hope is that their family would live for Christ, guided by the Holy Spirit and be fruitful for His Glory - through the muck and mountain tops of life! They are a family of deep feelers who has lived through muck - life in their home is often fun and mostly loud.
She won’t miss an opportunity to enjoy a chai while talking with a friend or meeting up on a trail. She loves encouraging women in their relationship with the Lord as they walk in His light and who God says they are, with the hope to guide them to dig deeper into God’s word. Natalie is a devoted Christ-follower, fully dependent on Him as she navigates life as mom to five amazing children—two grown and three still in school. She's married to Bruce, a public school administrator, and has a heart for encouraging women with Biblical truth about what it really looks like to walk with Jesus in everyday motherhood. Coffee and queso are her favorite companions along the way.
Meet our Bonus Session Speakers: Angie Thomson and Shawna Ketter
Angie Thomson is a wife to Drew and a mom of four whose children have all been part of the public school system. She and her husband have prayerfully sought the Lord throughout their educational journey, and now, having recently graduated twin daughters, she has a heart to encourage other moms walking a similar path. Angie is active in her church, passionate about supporting women. She owns Thomson Team Training, an all-women’s gym that encourages women spirit/mind/body.
